The Student Technology Assistance Team (STAT) is a program that helps students and staff with technology. This team is made up of a bunch of 4th and 5th grade students. STAT gives weekly tech tips to everyone about technology, from how to log on to your laptop/Chromebook, to how to get on websites with shortcuts. The STAT team also helps with technology problems or assists students in classrooms. We teach lessons to students with Bloxels, coding, and robotics and help teachers too. We educate kids about digital citizenship too! We share books about digital citizenship and do activities and teach Common Sense Media to help all grades. We hope to make Owen a better place, learn, and have lots of fun!
